  Brad Wilson

  Company Director

  Brad is a Director and co-founder of Urban Estates. With a 25-year background in architectural home building and extensive land development experience, he brings a deep understanding of how people live, along with a practical, hands-on approach. Working alongside Justin to lead the business, Brad plays a key role in ensuring each neighbourhood is thoughtfully planned, well-executed and built to stand the test of time. 

  I'm passionate about creating well-planned communities that not only meet today’s needs but add value for generations to come. It’s about seeing the bigger picture while never losing sight of the details. Both perspectives contribute to the end result.

  Justin McDonald

  Company Director

  Justin drives acquisitions at Urban Estates, combining sharp commercial judgement with a practical, design-conscious approach to every project. Known for identifying opportunities, he values strong relationships, trust and long-term thinking as the foundation for lasting success. With a builder’s eye for detail and a strong appreciation for architecture, Justin believes land development is about more than delivering sections—it is about creating lasting communities that enhance their surroundings and support future generations.

  For me, land development is about creating a place you call home that will thrive for years to come—places you can look back on with pride, knowing the vision, design detail and architectural thinking were there from the beginning.

  Emma Sol

  Sales Manager

  Emma is all about people. In her sales role at Urban Estates, she works closely with clients to help them find the right section and feel confident every step of the way. Known for her calm approach, listening ear and genuine sense of care, she takes a potentially daunting process and makes it feel easy, supportive and enjoyable.

  Property is a highly personal journey. Being able to connect with clients and help them find a place they can truly call home is incredibly satisfying.

  Amber McPherson

  Financial Controller

  Amber is the Financial Controller at Urban Estates. A Chartered Accountant with a broad background across a range of industries, she brings accuracy, organisation and clarity to her role. While she’s often found knee-deep in spreadsheets, it’s the team’s ambition and energy that sparks her passion for her role. 

  The favourite part of my job is the people I work with. I love supporting the bigger picture and helping turn ideas and plans into reality.

  Celia Wright

  Operations Manager

  Celia is part of our Operations Team, where she works across the full project lifecycle from early subdivision concepts through to development delivery. With experience across residential and commercial construction combined with a keen eye for detail, she keeps projects progressing at pace while recognising the unique opportunities within each development.

  I enjoy working across all stages of a project and helping to create unique communities that people can genuinely see themselves living in.

  Gemma Thomas

  Accounts Manager

  Gemma supports the team as Accounts Manager, handling the financial side of Urban Estates’ developments with care and precision. Organised, accurate and efficient, she acts as our in-house “numbers ninja”, keeping everything ticking over smoothly in accounts and supporting the wider team as needed.

  The dynamic nature of land development, combined with its tangible impact on communities, makes it a rewarding field to be part of.

  Sonja Waine

  Developer Approvals and Team Support

  Sonja manages our developer approvals, ensuring each subdivision comes together as intended. She also supports our operations and sales teams with any tasks required. With a background in design and penchant for detail, she combines both visual flair and impeccable organisation as she helps transform plans on paper into thriving communities.

  I enjoy being a part of the overall vision for our developments. Seeing houses being built on land that was once a paddock is amazing.

  Caitlin Jordan

  Operations Co-ordinator

  As Operations Coordinator, Caitlin is responsible for managing the many moving parts required to bring a subdivision to life. With a background in construction and landscaping, she brings strong organisation and problem-solving skills to her role, along with a genuine enjoyment of seeing communities take shape from the ground up.

  At Urban Estates we all work together to support homeowners through one of their most important life decisions. It’s exciting to be part of that process.

  Kirsten Latter

  Position

  Kirsten is the newest member of the Urban Estates team. Alongside her sales role, she is studying towards a Diploma in Architecture, adding valuable design insight to her work. Known for her approachable and energetic personality, Kirsten enjoys connecting with people and guiding them through this exciting and meaningful journey.
